Benda Padat, dimana terdapat 2 orang dosen FMT yang menjadi spesialis di dalamnya (Dr. MAM secara teoritis dan Prof. Dr. RS secara eksperimental).<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"\">DMS merupakan material yang menggabungkan sifat semikonduktor dan magnetik sehingga menjanjikan untuk digunakan dalam aplikasi teknologi elektronik yang memanfaatkan arus listrik terpolarisasi dengan arah putaran Spesialisasi ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan fisikawan yang kompeten dalam pemodelan dan perhitungan teoritis atau sintesis, karakterisasi, dan analisis sifat listrik, magnetik, dan optik dari sistem kristal, amorf, atau cair.
