Handhika Satrio Ramadhan, S.Si., M.Sc., Ph.D.
Handhika S. Ramadhan, Ph.D lahir di Jakarta, 10 Juli 1983. Beliau meraih gelar sarjana fisika dari Universitas Indonesia (UI) pada tahun 2005. Beliau melanjutkan studi doktoralnya dalam bidang fisika teori di Tufts University di Medford, Massachussetts, AS, dan meraih gelar doktor pada tahun 2011 dengan judul disertasi “Higher-dimensional topological defect in cosmology” di bawah bimbingan Prof. Jose Juan Blanco-Pillado.
Setelah menjabat sementara di Lembaga Ilmu Pengetahuan Indonesia (LIPI), sejak 2013 Dr. Ramadhan telah menjadi staf pengajar tetap di Departemen Fisika UI. Minat penelitiannya meliputi: cacat topologi dan instanton dalam kosmologi, teori gravitasi termodifikasi, aspek klasik dan kuantum lubang hitam, dan gravitasi semiklasik pada objek kompak.
